Our service is swift and discreet. Here's how it works: you mail us your advertisement, brochure or cover letter, or e-mail or call and tell us the URL of your website's index page for us to print out. We check the spelling, grammar and word usage, making corrections on the paper. We mail your materials back to you along with an invoice for twenty dollars, payable on the first of the coming month. We think this is a fair price to pay for a polished public image. We can also do walk-throughs to correct signs within your place of business for one twenty-dollar charge.
Our qualifications: we are an English teacher and her college-age son, both born hard-wired to spot imperfection in the written word. Computer programs may spell-check, but do they know when you should use "affect" or "effect," "serving" or "servicing," "everyday" or "every day," "it's" or "its?" We do!
Perfection is guaranteed. If you can show us that we missed something or made a mistake, we will refund your money; this is the limit of our liability. We check your writing mechanics but not the accuracy of your statements. Turnaround time should be fewer than five business days, depending on mail service. At this time we specialize in business and organizational communications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone promoting hate speech, or illegal or morally reprehensible activities. We will not share your name with anyone, not even as a reference, unless you give us written permission.
